Children of delegates are welcome to attend the conference.Free child-care will be provided during conference sessions, with their own program including games, art, sports and other fun activities.
However, parents need to be aware that children remain their own responsibility at the conference and that they may be called upon to attend to their children should the need arise.
Children will join the group at meal-times and for evening activities and at these times, children are entirely parents’ responsibility, with no child-care provided.
Older children may like to participate in selected aspects of the program, including recreational activities, with their parents’ permission.
Families attending together will be provided with their own room to share.
Heavily subsidised prices are available for children over 3.
Children under 3 are free, but parents need to supply their own baby food and cot, if needed.
There is a separate registration form, especially for children, which will allow you to let us know your childcare needs.
