We encourage everyone to try to stay for the whole weekend if they possibly can.

Wondering why?

  • Staying for the whole weekend will be great fun and means you are part of the whole experience. It makes you a part of all those little things which happen between the formal programs. Having most people stay all weekend is fantastic for social capital, community building and program continuity.
  • To keep costs low, prices assume most delegates are residential because the venue has a minimum residential numbers policy. So while it is fine if a few people want to come as day guests, if large numbers did this, the conference prices would no longer cover costs.
However, we do understand that staying for the whole thing will not suit everyone's needs, and we would definately rather see you there for the day, than not at all.

So, a limited number of “day only” places are available to people who have genuine difficulties with staying all weekend.
